My name is Gianna derived from the Latin feminine of John, meaning “God with us.” I carry that truth in how I live and work: to give a little of what has been freely given to me.

Every day is a reminder that I have been blessed with breath, opportunity, and the ability to create and I choose to extend that through service, teamwork, and thoughtful contribution.

In every project and collaboration, I strive to anticipate needs before they are spoken.

Whether through clear communication, meeting teammates halfway, or ensuring project deliverables flow smoothly, I aim to bring steadiness and foresight to every task.

I have learned that clear is kind - that setting expectations and being transparent builds trust and allows everyone to grow together.
